Nozzles for applying mastic
This section presents models of nozzles produced to date, according to the technological requirements of Customers. The presented nozzles are used for applying mastics to various areas of the car body. Detailed characteristics of the nozzles are listed in the catalog.
We use the following information to develop nozzles:
1. Body features (location of hinges, spatial geometry of the body, reachability of welds and rolled flanges);
2. Connection thread of the tool for applying mastic;
3. The geometrical requirements imposed to the seam.
We are ready to design and produce similar nozzles to meet your unique requirements, taking into account the tool used and the working area.
